Product Warranty and Warranty Extension

COMFORBAND guarantees that each product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  1. The product is used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose;

  2. The product is applied and maintained according to COMFORBAND’s usage instructions.

Warranty Extension
We offer customers the option to extend their product warranty by an additional 30 days by completing our online warranty registration form.

  • The extended warranty period begins immediately after the initial 30-day warranty expires.

  • Coverage, terms, and conditions for the extended warranty are identical to the original warranty.

 

Who Can Register
Customers from all sales channels are eligible. Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Each product/order number qualifies for one warranty extension only.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from external causes such as natural disasters, civil disturbances, vandalism, accidents, misuse (e.g., applying excessive force), presence of foreign objects, or environmental factors like frost heave.
Customers are responsible for any removal, reinstallation, and shipping costs related to warranty claims.
