Before shipping, all products undergo strict quality checks by our dedicated Quality Control and Assurance teams to ensure you receive items that meet our standards. Please make sure to select the correct size before placing your order.
30-Day Return Period
You may contact us within 30 days after receiving your purchase if you are unsatisfied or if there is an issue with your order. For defective, damaged, incorrect size, or wrong items, please reach out promptly at: service@comforback.com
How We Handle Returns and Exchanges

Our Commitment
If the error is on our part — such as sending the wrong product or size — we will accept returns to our warehouse and provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge once we receive the item. -
Customer Responsibility
If you ordered the wrong size or product, returns are also accepted; however, you will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways for exchanges. Refunds for such cases will cover only the product price, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you simply change your mind and wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the product cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 30 days to initiate a return. Our Customer Service team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Important Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds will be issued for the product price only upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bras or discounted items unless they are incorrect or defective.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 3-6 business days for us to process your refund or replacement.
Refund timelines after processing:
